Part-Time Field Clinical Technician / Phlebotomist

Location: Anaheim, California 

Classification: Part-Time / Per Diem (Non-Exempt)

Pay Range: $25.00 – $28.00 / hour 

Enrich Advanced Eye Care is hiring a California-Certified Phlebotomist (CPT I or CPT II) to perform mobile venipuncture and specimen collection across our Southern California service nodes. This role provides direct clinical support for our biological eye drop therapies (PRP and Autologous Serum Tears).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Venipuncture & Specimen Collection: Perform venipuncture following established, high-precision clinical protocols across varied patient demographics.

  • Specimen Processing & Chain of Custody: Process, label, handle, and transport biological specimens in strict compliance with OSHA and CAP standards.

  • Mobile Logistics & Inventory: Manage daily mobile clinical supplies, maintain equipment readiness, and operate within mobile micro-hub.

  • Patient Documentation & Intake: Maintain precise patient intake records, consent forms, and specimen tracking logs.

  • Concierge Communication: Guide patients through procedure steps with exceptional bedside manner, upholding a premium care experience.

  • Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to universal precautions, infection control policies, and PPE requirements at all times.

  • Dynamic Field Dispatch: Adapt to schedule adjustments and field routing managed dynamically by Operations Leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

  • California Certification: Current California Phlebotomy Technician I (CPT I) or CPT II certification.

  • Clinical Experience: Minimum 5+ years of consistent venipuncture experience. Must be highly skilled with difficult draws and geriatric patient care.

  • Clean Driving Record: Valid California Driver's License with a clean MVR (mandatory for operating company vehicles).

  • Independent Execution: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in mobile field environments with high attention to detail.

  • Brand Representation: Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor suited for a high-touch healthcare organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior mobile phlebotomy or home health field experience.

Schedule & Operations

  • Status: Part-Time / Per Diem (Non-Exempt under California wage and hour laws).

  • Work Days: Primarily Wednesdays & Thursdays, with occasional weekend availability as dynamic patient volume requires.
